Barili is a gluten-free brand developed by Eshbal Functional Foods, a company with over 20 years of experience in gluten-free innovation. Barili focuses on high-quality, clean-ingredient frozen bakery products designed for families and health-conscious consumers.
How large is your product range?
Barili offers over 300 SKUs through its various brands, including more than 80 proprietary "Better for You". products. For the time being, Barili is introducing its core pita and mini pita products in North America.
Who manufactures Barili products as well as Gluten Free Nation products?
Barili products are manufactured for Eshbal Functional Food and produced in Canada. Gluten Free Nation products are all manufactured in the USA.
Are Barili pita products and Gluten Free Nation products gluten-free?
Yes. All Barili pita products & Gluten Free Nation products are gluten-free. Some products are 100% vegan, contain no added preservatives, no added sugar, are NON GMO, and certified kosher. Check labelling for each product.
Are Barili & Gluten Free Nation products frozen?
Yes. Barili pita, mini pita and all Gluten Free Nation products are frozen products designed for the gluten-free freezer section.

Shipping
How do you ship your packages?
We do not use ice packs in an effort to create more sustainable shipping for our customers. Our products are meant to be refrozen, and are safe to eat once received. Cupcakes, however are shipped frozen with dry ice.
How much is shipping?
All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. We offer flat-rate shipping of $15 on all orders.
Will my products ship frozen?
Yes! Our products are sent frozen but may have thawed by the time they arrive. Note that products are meant to be refrozen if desired, and are safe to eat once received.
